Yogina Shakya
Yogina Shakya is a graduate of MBA in Global Leadership and Management from the School of Management, Tribhuvan University. She has been working in Human Resources for the past 7+ years, building and improving HR processes and leading challenging projects.
HR Transformation has always been Yogina’s biggest interest - helping HR to be more productive and allowing them to do meaningful work while supporting the business in strategic planning. Yogina is currently working as an HR Transformation Consultant at DayoneHR where she gets to work with innovative technology to support HR functions across the globe. She also delivers training sessions on various topics in Nepal.
Yogina is passionate about people and supporting them to grow. She enjoys reading books, watching a good TV series and spending time doing some creative work.
